Who I am

I am a London-based freelance web designer, SEO specialist, and Google Ads consultant. This privacy policy applies to caglar.consulting and any enquiries submitted through it.

What data I collect

I only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit the contact form on this site. That data includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any message or information you choose to include

I also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics (see the Analytics section below). I do not use Meta Pixel or any other advertising tracking service.

Why I collect it

The data you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or added to any mailing list.

How it is processed

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to me by email.

Formspree acts as a data processor on my behalf. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How long I keep it

I retain enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to respond to and manage your request, typically no longer than 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and how long is spent on them. This data helps me understand what is working and improve the site over time.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. The data collected is anonymised and does not identify you personally. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

This website uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (see above). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
